What currency are the prices I see on the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Shipping takes 3 - 5 Business days. ( US Shipping only Available)
please keep in mind there is a 1-2 day processing time.
Tracking numbers will be updated 2-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 business please email us at support@shopplushy.com

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Please contact us if you receive a damaged product.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@shopplushy.com. we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for turnaround once the item is returned!You can always contact us for any return question at support@shopplushy.com.


Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@shopplushy.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
